With a degree in Graphics and Design and a Minor in Interior Design, creating art has played a major role throughout my entire life.  Inspired by nature, people and the elements that are important in my world, I have found the perfect outlet to express myself through my artwork. I have worked and mastered many mediums in my art career; pen and ink, oil painting and pastel painting ,to name a few. 

 

 Through all of the 40 years of my art experience learning techniques, foundations, skills and styles, it was when I discovered threadpainting as a new art form and a way to express myself creatively, that I found a renewed excitement in creating art!

With over 20 years of experience in threadpainting and in fiber arts, I am truly passionate about this tactile and exciting medium.  Each one of my paintings is thoroughly planned out and designed to be developed into an original, one-of-a-kind, non-duplicated piece of art. 

 

I am passionate about capturing the mood and personalities in each of my commissioned art pieces and portraits, and I will work patiently with each client to give you that incredible, individualized threadpainting... the type that you've always imagined hanging on the walls in your home!
